Durante la Masterclass sarà presente il M° Cristina Ferrari, Direttore Artistico del Teatro Municipale di Piacenza: i partecipanti potranno chiedere alla Signora Ferrari consigli su come individuare e valorizzare i propri punti di forza per muovere i primi passi nel mondo professionale dell’Opera.
REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 – A chi si rivolge
• La Masterclass è aperta a studenti di canto e professionisti, italiani e stranieri, limite d’età 40 anni.
• Gli allievi si distinguono in:
Canto Effettivi: 9 posti disponibili.
Canto Uditori: potranno assistere alle lezioni senza potervi partecipare attivamente; hanno facoltà di porre domande tra una lezione e l’altra.
Art. 2 – Programma musicale
Programma libero, operistico e da camera.
Art. 3 – Selezione preliminare (solo per allievi effettivi)
L’ammissione in qualità di allievo effettivo è subordinata all’esito della selezione preliminare, inviando all’indirizzo e-mail info@cantoalato.it entro e non oltre il 29 Aprile 2023 la seguente documentazione:
1. 2 files audio o video recenti, preferibilmente di repertorio barocco (formato MP4 o link YouTube)
2. Curriculum Vitae aggiornato
3. Copia di un documento di riconoscimento in corso di validità (carta d’identità o passaporto)
4. Brani che si intendono preparare durante il corso
5. Modulo d’iscrizione compilato in ogni sua parte e firmato
• Eventuali domande presentate in ritardo saranno accettate solo in caso di ulteriore disponibilità di posti.
• La segreteria organizzativa comunicherà ai candidati ritenuti idonei l’esito della selezione via email entro e non oltre il 1 Maggio 2023.
• Gli iscritti che non sono stati ammessi come affettivi, saranno inseriti in una lista d’attesa, che rimarrà attiva fino al 12 Maggio 2023.
Art. 4 – Quota di partecipazione (allievi effettivi):
Gli allievi effettivi risultati idonei dovranno versare:
• la quota di iscrizione di € 250,00 entro e non oltre il 3 Maggio 2023
• la quota di partecipazione di € 400,00 entro e non oltre il 12 Maggio 2023 sul conto corrente:

• Le quote possono essere versate contestualmente
• Sempre entro la data del 12 Maggio 2023 dovranno inviare la ricevuta dei versamenti all’indirizzo e-mail: info@cantoalato.it
• Accademia Cantoalato – Ottavanota non copriranno nessuna spesa bancaria relativa al trasferimento di denaro dall’estero.
• Vitto e alloggio sono a carico dei partecipanti.
• I partecipanti al di fuori dell’Europa dovranno obbligatoriamente presentare alla segreteria organizzativa il visto e/o permesso di soggiorno per l’ingresso nel Territorio della Repubblica Italiana, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente.
Art. 5 – Quota di partecipazione (allievi uditori):
Per poter assistere all’intero Workshop, gli allievi uditori dovranno inviare all’indirizzo e-mail info@cantoalato.it entro e non oltre il 12 Maggio 2023 la seguente documentazione:
1. Copia di un documento di riconoscimento in corso di validità (carta d’identità o passaporto)
2. Ricevuta del versamento della quota di iscrizione di € 100,00 e della quota di partecipazione di € 150,00 sul conto corrente:

3. Scheda d’iscrizione compilata in ogni sua parte e firmata
Art. 6 – Sede
Le lezioni si volgeranno presso Ottavanota, Via Marco Bruto 24, Milano.
Art. 7– Altro:
• L’allievo dovrà fornire 2 copie delle parti che intende cantare, in tonalità e lingua originali.
• Gli allievi devono essere presenti per l’intero giorno e tutti i giorni, pena la non emissione dell’attestato e ammissione al concerto.
Art. 8 – Concerto finale
• Il Concerto finale si terrà il 24 Maggio 2023, presso il prestigioso Salone d’Onore del Museo bagatti Valsecchi, nel cuore di Milano.
• Il M° Aragall indicherà gli allievi effettivi che parteciperanno al concerto finale.
• È opportuno munirsi di abito formale elegante.
• Saranno invitati agenti e/o organizzatori.
• Gli allievi che a giudizio insindacabile del docente si saranno distinti nel corso della Masterclass per particolari doti artistiche, potranno essere inseriti nei programmi delle manifestazioni organizzate da Accademia Cantoalato, e segnalati ad organizzatori e/o agli agenti che collaborano con l’Accademia.
Art. 9 – Attestato
A conclusione della Masterclass verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione a tutti gli iscritti, effettivi e uditori, che avranno frequentato il corso per intero. L’attestato sarà rilasciato da Accademia Cantoalato – Associazione Euterpe Ottavanota.
Art. 10 – Servizio fotografico e Videoregistrazione professionale con montaggio
Una buona videoregistrazione da inviare ad agenti e/o organizzatori è un dettaglio importante, al quale dare la giusta attenzione.
Gli iscritti che necessitino della videoregistrazione professionale del brano/i eseguito/i nel concerto finale, e del relativo servizio fotografico, devono prenotarsi alla segreteria.
Il costo è di 50€ e occorre saldarlo il giorno d’inizio del Workshop.
La videoregistrazione effettuata da Cantoalato costituisce l’unica registrazione autorizzata.
Art. 11 – Rinuncia:
In caso di rinuncia per gravi motivi (previa valutazione da parte dell’Organizzazione sulla gravità dei motivi comunicati), la quota di partecipazione, sia per allievi effettivi che uditori, potrà venire restituita solo nel caso in cui il posto vacante venisse occupato da un nuovo allievo, il tutto entro la data del 12 Maggio 2023.
Oltre questa data o per qualsiasi altra rinuncia, le quote versate non verranno rimborsate.
Art. 12 – Annullamento e responsabilità
• Per cause di forza maggiore o per comprovata necessità l’Organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di annullare lo svolgimento della Masterclass con la totale restituzione delle quote di iscrizione e partecipazione.
• L’Organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità nei confronti di eventuali danni a persone o cose durante tutto lo svolgimento della Masterclass (20-24 Maggio 2023).
Art. 13 – Trattamento dei dati personali
Ai sensi dell’art. 10 della legge n. 675/96 sulla “tutela dei dati personali” si informa che i dati forniti all’atto dell’iscrizione saranno raccolti e trattati ai fini della presente Masterclass.
Art. 14 – Liberatoria sui diritti audio, video e foto
l’Organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di realizzare video, audio registrazioni e foto durante tutta la durata della Masterclass, e di utilizzare tutto il materiale per scopi promozionali pubblicandolo su siti web, socials, radio e televisione senza corrispondere onorari a nessun partecipante.
Art. 15 – Copyright e proprietà intellettuale
• Accademia Cantoalato – Ottavanota detengono i diritti di distribuzione, divulgazione e utilizzo attinenti registrazioni audio, video, pubblicazioni e/o altro afferente alla Masterclass in oggetto.
• I Materiali audio e video ceduti all’allievo sono per uso privato (invio diretto a parti terze); potranno essere utilizzati per uso pubblico (pubblicazione sui social e/o YouTube) soltanto dietro autorizzazione scritta rilasciata da Cantoalato-Ottavanota,
• Sono ammesse registrazioni (audio o video) delle lezioni, solo ed esclusivamente per uso personale. Sottoscrivendo l’iscrizione si accetta la clausola esplicita di non diffusione di tali materiali audio o video tramite qualsiasi mezzo o strumento.
L’iscrizione alla Masterclass comporta l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento-

FACE TO FACE WITH THE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
M° Cristina Ferrari – Artistic Director Teatro Municipale di Piacenza – will attend the Masterclass. Participants can ask for opinions on their voice and repertoire, advice and information on how to take the first steps in the professional world of the Opera.
REGULATIONS
Art. 1 – Who is the Masterclass aimed
• The Masterclass is open to Italian and foreign singing students and professionals, age limit 40 years.
• Students are distinguished in:
active students: 9 places available
auditors: will be able to attend the lessons without being able to participate actively; may ask questions between classes.
Art. 2 – Programme
Free, with preference for the Italian and French repertoire
Art. 3 – Preliminary selection (for active students only)
Admission as an active student is subject to the outcome of the preliminary selection, by sending to the e-mail address info@cantoalato.it no later than April 29th 2023 the following documents:
1. 2 recent audio or video files, preferably baroque (MP4 format or YouTube link)
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae
3. Copy of a valid identification document (identity card or passport)
4. Registration form completed and signed (ARAGALL Masterclass Application Form) fare link pdf
• Late applications will only be accepted if there is further availability of places.
• The secretariat will inform the candidates deemed suitable of the outcome of the selection by email no later than May 1st, 2023.
Members who have not been admitted as affective, will be placed on a waiting list, which will remain active until May 12th, 2023.
Art. 4 – Participation fee (active students):

• registration fee of € 250.00 no later than May rd, 2023

• The fees may be paid at the same time.
• Also by the date of May 12th 2023 must send the receipt of payments to the e-mail: info@cantoalato.it
• Accademia Cantoalato – Ottavanota will not cover any bank charges related to the transfer of money from abroad.
• Room and board are paid by the participants.
• Participants outside Europe must submit to the secretariat the visa and/or residence permit for entry into the Territory of the Italian Republic, as required by current legislation.
Art. 5 – Participation fee (auditors students):
In order to attend the entire Workshop, the students will have to send the following documentation to info@cantoalato.it by 12th May, 2023:
1. A copy of a valid identification document (identity card or passport)
2. Receipt of the payment of the registration fee of € 100,00 and the participation fee of € 150,00 to the bank account:

Art. 6 – Location
Classes will be held at Ottavanota, Via Marco Bruto 24, Milan.
Art. 7 – Other
• The student must provide 2 copies of the parts he intends to sing, in original tones and language.
• Students must be present for the whole day and every day, otherwise the certificate will not be issued and and will not be possible to participate at the final concert.
Art. 8 – Final Concert
• On May 24th there will performed a public concert of the students.
• The Concert will take place a the prestigious Salone d’Onore of Museo Bagatti Valsecchi, in the heart of Milano.
• The students who will participate in the final concert will be selected by unappealable decision of the Teacher M° Aragall.
• Please get a concert suit.
• Agents and/or organizers will be invited.
• The students who, by unappealable decision of the Teacher, have excelled during the Masterclass for their special artistic qualities, will be included in the programmes of the music activities organized by Accademia Cantoalato.
Art. 9 – Certificate of attendance
At the end of the Masterclass a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all the students who have attended the whole course. The Certificate will be issued by Accademia Cantoalato and Associazione Euterpe Ottavanota.
Art. 10 – Photo shoot and professional video recording with editing
A good video recording to send to agents and/or organizers is an important detail, to which to give the right attention.
Subscribers who need the professional video recording of the aria/s performed in the final concert, and the related photo shoot, must book at the secretariat.
The cost is € 50,00 and must be paid on the day of the beginning of the Workshop.
The video recording made by Cantoalato is the only authorized recording.
Art. 11 – Waiver
In case of withdrawal for serious reasons (after evaluation by the Organization on the gravity of the reasons communicated), the participation fee, both for active students and auditors, will be returned only if the vacancy is filled by a new student, all by May 12th, 2023.
After this date or for any other waiver, the fees paid will not be refunded.
Art. 12 – Cancellation and liability
For reasons of force majeure or proven necessity, the Organization reserves the right to cancel the the Masterclass with the total refund of the registration and participation fees.
The Organization declines any responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the entire course of the Masterclass (20-24 May, 2023).
Art. 13 – Processing of personal data
Pursuant to art. 10 of Law n. 675/96 on “personal data protection” informs you that the data provided at registration will be collected and processed for the purposes of this Masterclass.
Art. 14 – Release on audio, video and photo rights
The Organization reserves the right to make videos, audio recordings and photos during the duration of the Masterclass, and to use all the material for promotional purposes by publishing it on websites, socials, radio and television without paying fees to any participant.
Art. 15 – Copyright and intellectual property
Accademia Cantoalato – Ottavanota hold the rights of distribution, disclosure and use of audio recordings, videos, publications and/or other related to the Masterclass in question.
The audio and video Materials given to the student are for private use (direct sending to third parties); may be used for public use (publication on social and/or youtube) only with written permission issued by Cantoalato-Ottavanota,
Recordings (audio or video) of lessons are allowed, only and exclusively for personal use. By signing the registration you accept the explicit clause not to disseminate such audio or video materials by any means or instrument.
Registration to the Masterclass implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules.
